In my opinion, the most important aspect is having a respectful community. You kept the environment open, positive, and respectful at all times. You made it to where the learner doesn't need to feel scared or shy to ask question or stand up for himself. The vibes were positive and open, so you guys had great conversations. So you created a comfortable environment! I also thought you did a fabulous job strengthening the learner's confidence by making guide you through questions and you made him feel confident to the point, where he could do his homework. With everything in mind, you did an advanced job in covering all aspects of a session! Nice job and good luck to your future sessions!! :)

One of the most important aspects of a session is "active learning." You made sure after every explanation and concept that Abram was understanding the material and what was going on. you adapted to his mathematical needs by answering any questions or concerns he had! You were continuously engaging by having your camera on, being there at all times with your mic on, and explaining the concepts. Throughout every concept, you confirmed Abram was on the same page as you and guided him through problems so he could get the feel for it. Overall, amazing job!!
