Thank you for doing this for us! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy school schedule to give back to younger, less experienced students. Thank you for making us feel a little less scared in what is a major pivotal moment in our lives. Feedback: There were technical difficulties when you played the video of the admission counsellor. I couldn't hear anything for some reason and the resolution quality was poor.
