Each session in this series will feature a new writing prompt for us to analyze, discuss, and then write about! Each session will last around an hour and have a set word count. Read the session description for the topic and word count for that day :) This series is designed to help writers struggling with writing block, new learners who want to get into creative writing, and any other kind of learner who wants to get into writing! Each prompt will be fun and allow for a wide variety of takes.

This course is designed for students aiming to enhance their SAT performance and achieve higher scores. The program covers both Math and Reading sections, with weekly meetings dedicated to each 🤓. Lydia B. will be tutoring Reading & Writing sessions and Marichka Y. will be tutoring Math sessions. Sessions begin with foundational concepts and gradually advance to more complex SAT topics. Each lesson introduces a new concept, followed by practice and occasional short tests, with reviews to reinforce learning 🧮. Larger practice tests will be scheduled between major topics to assess progress. Additional sessions may be added during these weeks to facilitate test writing and review 📝. The course is best suited for students scoring 600+ per section on previous or practice SAT tests, as the material includes challenging problems requiring a strong foundation. Students with lower initial scores may find the content difficult. Running from February through early summer, this program is ideal for students planning to take the SAT during or after summer 2025. The first three months focus on the curriculum, while the final month emphasizes intensive practice 💪. ! No materials will be needed unless you plan to take notes. If you do, then paper and pencil will be good. This is a small study group that meets every week and studies together for a few hours. I set up a pomodoro and some lo-fi music each session and the pomodoro timing can be customized to what learners need. I noticed a large amount of study groups but some of them are extremely large groups. I know some learners, and myself, might get intimidated by the large number of learners and decide not to join a study group so I wanted to create a group for these learners :)

This series will just be general office hours for any students taking AP U.S. Gov't who needs guidance in studying, learning or anything. Bring any work you would like to go over!

Hey, prospective DSAT takers! The SAT Mega Review Session is back! If you’re taking the October DSAT tomorrow, this session is a great place to review topics (both R&W and Math) that you’ve had issues with in the past and to ask any and all questions you may have about content, test-taking strategies, and what to expect on test day! Details TBD. Hope to see you there! NOTES: - Co-hosts are welcome to apply, as the presence of multiple hosts will make it easier to answer questions and provide different perspectives. Co-host requests will be taken until Friday, October 25. - Co-hosts will be expected to attend a pre-session Slack huddle on Monday, October 28, at 7:45 EST. In this series, we will be working together as a group to go over all topics/units in AP U.S. Government over the course of the semester. Bring whatever materials or topics into this group and we'll work together in these study sessions :) If you want to take notes, a notebook and pencil will be required. A laptop or iPad is recommended for assessments & FRQs I will set up for you guys.
