Aiden, you did a wonderful job tutoring Algebra 1 in this session! It is evident that you have a deep understandings of all of the topics that you covered. You allow the session to be learner-led and allow them to take most of the important decisions when it comes to the way the session progresses. Nice job annotating the screen to show your work to the learner; this allows them to visualize the problem clearer. You make it a priority to engage the learner throughout the session and make sure that they grasp the topic before moving on. It's clear that your undivided attention was on the learner.
