It was actually great.
Tutor was engaging and considerate of everyone who joined.
Although I know the formula's of Perimeter,Area and volume.I was wondering how a tutor could intuitively explain why we use those equations.
for example : lets say we have a square with a sidelength of 1cm. I have a rectangle with a width of 2 cm and length of 1cm.So how many of this little squares could fit into our rectangle?.
For this we need to define Area.
so we say area = Length × beeadth. Now we can say area of rectangle is 3×2 = 6cm squared.so 6 of such little squares would fit into our rectangle.
she was very kind and generous with her time.
Thankyou Eunice
