How can I thank Samantha cause I ran out of words. After months of working on my essays, it sort of gives me an idea where I am at after Samantha read it for me. Samantha is able to talk to each of the learners and engage them all, and seems to be communicating with them strongly through the chat feature. The learners are treated with respect and Samantha is very encouraging. I wonder if Samantha would be able to encourage learners to unmute and create a discussion, perhaps by turning on her camera or speaking to learners by name. Still, she well-facilitates discussion and learners feel comfortable sharing college essays, in which they are already vulnerable.
