Yes, it was evident that the learner made progress. For example, the learner had difficulty understanding the proper usage of commas. She initially made mistakes when the tutor had her answer multiple choice questions involving commas usage on Khan academy. However, after reviewing the material with her again, she was able to answer the subsequent questions correctly.

Sachi spent an hour and a half going over my essay with me. She offered thoughtful suggestions, and was patient throughout the process. We polished over my rough draft, correcting syntax, diction, and grammar. She posed as an excellent audience to help figure out the flow of my essay.
