Hi Sara! This is your onboarding buddy, and from what I watched, you did a great job!! I liked how you used a camera and piece of paper to work on problems. Your handwriting was also super neat and all steps were clear. Since there was only one learner, I liked how you asked what they wanted to do. It’s very important to meet learners where they are and this is especially helpful for one on one sessions. Your explanations were all amazing! Overall, great job during this session!
