Hi, my name is Hannah, and I'm quite excited to teach the Math SAT to you all! As a student, I've taken mathematics all the way until Calculus BC and plan on pursuing higher math once I graduate! If you need help with any Math-related AP course, (CSA, Calc, Stats, etc.), I'm your gal! :) As a tutor, I teach through example and immersive learning. I try to connect the current lesson to something you've already learned and feel comfortable with to branch out from there. I feel it's important to base new things we're learning about on a foundation of past knowledge, so I will start off by trying to asses the general understanding of the group. We will go through several examples, which will gradually increase in difficulty until you pretty much understand all the different ways one concept on the SAT can be seen in a question. I will be open and happy to conduct extra meetings, because I do understand the feeling that only 1-2 hours a week isn't enough to learn all you need to know for the exam.
