So I plan to go over two-variable linear equations, slope, horizontal and vertical lines, x-intercepts and y-intercepts, applying intercepts and slope. So this is basically everything in the Khan Academy syllabus in linear equations and Graphs. I will first go over what linear equations are and go over an introduction to them. We will then do guided practice, where I help you as you solve problems. Then we will do lots of practice problems by ourselves to test your knowledge and strengthen them.
Make sure to have paper, pencil, and Khan Academy ready. :)
You should be familiar with distributive property, solving equations for a variable, and graphing basics. So, if you have trouble with any of these prereqs, please go over them before this session. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to helping you guys. If you guys have any specific questions, I'll help you in the middle when everyone else is practicing.
