About

Welcome to this Nutrition course! Throughout this series, we'll go through topics like he basic principles of nutrition, sources and functions of the nutrients in all stages of the life cycle, nutrition as a world problem, and consumer problems related to food. The series will emphasize topics such as weight loss, sports nutrition, food safety, the diet-disease relationship, and analysis of special nutritional requirements from the prenatal period through the geriatric years.

There are no prerequisites for this series. All you need to have is an interest in nutrition!

Tutor Qualifications

I have been studying nutrition for a while now and I've had interest in it for about 3 years! I currently am taking a community college class about it and have an A.
