About

This course will prepare you for the AP pre-calculus exam. We will go through not only the basic skills and concepts but also some fun formulas and theories that are helpful in both calculus and competitional mathematics. If you are interested in taking the AP pre-calc test this upcoming May, you can take a look at the official guide from College Board (pg 26-27) to have an idea about the 4 general units. https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/ap-precalculus-course-and-exam-description.pdf We will spend about a month (roughly 3-4 sessions) per unit based on the overall progress. At the end of each unit, there will be a 30-min unit test followed by some Q&A sessions. Once we cover all 4 units, we can do something fun about calculus or do more practicing problems for AP ;) The link to the general schedule is attached below. Specific schedules about each unit will be posted roughly a week before the first session on that unit starts. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1eAi6fYS37NWAB9VaCH4P5w4GgX4c5m4GVD3uw9E7vl0/edit?usp=sharing The schedule and notes for each session will be uploaded to this shared file. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jP3O532BvPKne_2Z1lxTiDZPHz-CVaZj?usp=sharing
