Students are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to remain enrolled in the series. Missing more than 2 consecutive sessions without prior notice may result in withdrawal from the course.

If you cannot attend a session, notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Excused absences include medical emergencies, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions. Documentation may be requested for extended absences.

Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be marked absent for that session. Repeated tardiness (3+ instances) counts as one full absence.

Makeup options are available through recorded session access, but do not replace live attendance requirements. Active participation is essential for course completion and certification eligibility.

Students who fall below the 80% attendance threshold will receive one warning. Continued absence after the warning may result in removal from the series without refund. We understand life happens—communicate early and we'll work with you to find solutions.
