Hey everyone!
I’m Jagad K a senior, and I’m super excited to be running this SAT Reading and Writing bootcamp. I’ve been through the ups and downs of SAT prep myself, and thanks to these bootcamps, I was able to boost my score by over 100 points—so I know they really work!

My goal is to help you improve, whether you're just starting out or aiming for that final push. If you’re ready to learn and put in the effort, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s get after it and crush the SAT together!

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

I am currently a senior in high school, and I joined Schoolhouse to strengthen my preparation for the upcoming SAT while also supporting other students in their SAT journey. I’m excited to contribute to a collaborative learning environment and gain valuable experience by both learning and teaching. I have also recently become a dialogue president and a senior tutor in both SAT Prep and SAT Bootcamp. To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

We will go over some testing strategies for taking the digital SAT and you will have the opportunity to take a full practice test on the Bluebook platform.

You’ll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will wrap up with a Post-Test to help you see your progress from the first session.

We’ll spend time reviewing the post-test and all of the previous Focus Skills we covered together. To end the session (and the bootcamp!), we’ll wrap up everything and provide some final words of advice!
