Attendance Policy

Consistent attendance is essential for success in this English Language course. Each session builds upon the last, and active participation ensures that learners stay engaged, informed, and on track.

Expectations

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.

If a student anticipates being absent, they must notify the tutor in advance.

Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may seen as tardy. Absences A maximum of 3 excused absences is allowed over the 3-month course. Absences due to illness, emergencies, or unavoidable conflicts may be excused with proper documentation. Unexcused absences may affect participation grades and access to course materials. Make-Up Work Students who miss a class are responsible for catching up on missed content. Make-up assignments must be submitted within 5 days of the missed session. Group activities or presentations may not be eligible for make-up. Consequences of Excessive Absences More than 3 unexcused absences may result in removal from the course or failure to receive a certificate of completion. Consistent lateness or early departures may also impact overall performance.
