SCD is a public forum designed for open conversations on a wide range of topics. This platform encourages everyone to participate, share their perspectives, and listen to others. Through speech, debate, and meaningful dialogues, participants can better understand different viewpoints, engage in respectful discussions, and collectively explore ideas. The goal is to foster clear communication, promote mutual understanding, and provide a space where all voices can be heard in a constructive and inclusive environment.
