About

<INSERT PERSONALIZED INTRO—Example: "Hi, my name is Sarah, and I'm really excited to help you prepare for the SAT! I've been...">

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

Hello, my name is Jayden. I am a dedicated straight-A student currently enrolled in 11 AP courses, with recognition from programs like Johns Hopkins CTY and Duke TIP, as well as memberships in NSHSS and the National Honor Society. My academic interests include research, where I’ve led projects focused on AI diagnostics for pneumonia and studied foot health links to injury prevention. Also launched my own foot care product for athletes for easy yet effective care. As a student-athlete, I’ve served as a varsity soccer co-captain, competed at the state and national levels, and led teams both locally and internationally. My leadership extends to the community as well, including mentoring younger athletes, organizing clinics for underprivileged youth, and volunteering with seniors in Korea. With experience tutoring my peers in math and a strong commitment to academic excellence and mentorship, I am excited to support other students as a peer tutor and help them achieve their goals.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
