About

I will be going over different arithmetic operations with exponents as well as how to write extremely small and large numbers in scientific notation. No previous knowledge of exponents is required to attend. Please have a paper and pencil handy so you are ready to solve problems on your own. A calculator might also be handy depending on your previous math knowledge. I will host additional sessions if requested to do so.

I plan to cover exponent rules involved in arithmetic operations (subtraction, addition, division, multiplication). If there is time left in the session we can move on and cover scientific notation to express extremely small or large numbers.
