About

Hi! This session will go over some tips and tricks that helped me score a 740 on the reading and writing section of the SAT on my first time. I can also cover basically any questions you need help with or topics you want to cover. We will work together to solve some actual SAT questions and make sure you ace your next SAT!

I have a specific lesson plan to cover the Information and Ideas section, which includes Inferences, Command of Evidence, and Central Ideas and Details. These types of questions comprise roughly 26% of the SAT and tend to be the hardest. I will teach you how to analyze the paragraphs and pick apart the main idea. This is also a really useful skill for the rest of the SAT. I have actual SAT questions that I will include in my lesson, and we will work together to solve them, and the methods used to achieve the most accurate answer. I will also include information that helps with the English portion of the SAT in general and some tips and tricks to help understand the formatting of the SAT and how to avoid distractors on the SAT and get the actual answer.

I’m a Florida highschool senior. I love to read and am a high-level swimmer and pianist. I also love helping people out with their schoolwork and have a lot of knowledge in many subjects. My personal SAT score was in the 90th percentile and I have taken many AP classes throughout my highschool career and scored highly. I am ready to help any of my fellow student improve their SAT scores!
