The first step to a 5 in AP Calculus!

About

As someone who got a 5 on BC and the AB sub-score in my sophomore year and seeing some others not being prepared for the course rigor, I want to help you understand the basic concepts in calculus and get a jumpstart on the course!

Calculus AB and BC are some of the hardest math courses high school students take, so getting a head start is a great idea!! We'll take it slow and start off with Limits and Continuity, discussing the fundamental concepts that the rest of Calculus is based on. Then we'll delve into what a derivative is and some basic rules for derivatives. After that, we'll go into implicit differentiation, trig, and inverse derivation. Finally, we'll wrap up with some applications of differentiation.

Those may seem like big, scary words, but we'll take it slow and ensure the main concepts are covered to set you up for success!!

All of this should put you months ahead in your Calculus BC course and even further ahead in Calculus AB!!

About me:
Hey!! I'm Priyanshu, and I can't wait to help y'all meet your math goals and get ahead in higher-level math courses! I'm expierinced in all math topics up to Multivariable Calculus (Calc III), got a perfect score on the Math sections of my PSAT (11) and SAT, and have won numerous awards for mathematics in UIL Academics (a Texas thing), so I'm somewhat qualified. I've finished all the math courses my district offers, so I'm currently taking Linear Algebra online through the University of Sydney (in case y'all are interested in that). Can't wait to see y'all!!

I’m a high school senior in Texas! I’m here to teach and tutor others on the SAT, Math, and Physics! My favorite subject is math and I’m currently taking linear algebra. I love playing tennis and chess (1700 ELO). I also enjoy competing in Science Olympiad and Math UIL (competitions). Also, I LOVE everything Snoppy :D
