Hi Learners👋! Are you looking to learn Pre-Algebra but worried that you might have forgotten some math from last school year? That's totally alright! In this series, we will briefly cover 7th grade math to refresh your memory and transition into learning the Pre-Algebra curriculum! We will be using an engaging and interactive lesson format and practice problems with varying degrees of difficulty so that you feel confident throughout your Pre-Algebra journey!

To make sure you have a strong foundation for Pre-Algebra, we will review and practice the following skills from 7th grade curriculum: Proportional Relationships, Rates and Percentages, and Integer Addition/Subtraction using variables. Along with reviewing these concepts, we will look at how these skills apply to some sample Pre-Algebra problems!

We will continue to review 7th grade math concepts and see where these concepts apply to Pre-Algebra problems. This session will focus on the skills of operations with rational numbers, operations with negative numbers, and expressions, equations, and inequalities.
