For all the Aspiring AI Geeks and those not into programming as well, Computational Thinking is the super power you want to. From Pattern recognition to Abstraction to Decomposition, this course will make these Greek and Latin sounding concepts easy to grasp using stories from Sherlock Holmes to Harry Potter and more. You will see how Logic and Math can help you build algorithms that run the world or you daily life. The course notes from and is Inspired by brilliant book 'Once Upon An Algorithm' by Prof Martin Erwig.

First session is introducing the key foundational concepts ‘computation’ and ‘algorithm’ and this will be done using the story of Hansel and Gretel left in forest try to find their way back home and how that can be a methodical process.

We will continue our journey going to the next important topic of Representation and Data structures that forms the crux of the billions of calculations that powers computers and AI. We explore understanding by becoming the Dr Watson to Sherlock Homes and using his thought process of organizing data to solving for anything including crime mysteries.

Computer Science

We will culminate our journey of understanding Algorithms by going through the topic of Problem Solving and its Limitations as we normally know it. How can we reduce the efforts for searching for what we need countless data available? How can we sorting easy? All of this as we go on a roller coaster ride with Indiana Jones and his adventures.
