About the research study
The free Schoolhouse SAT® Bootcamp program is part of a study in collaboration with a partner organization to research the impact of no-cost, online SAT tutoring. As part of the study, learners and volunteer tutors may also be asked to complete study tasks including surveys, short exercises, and focus groups. Parental consent is required for students to attend and tutor bootcamps.

Hear it from past tutors
Tutoring for the SAT allowed me to share my knowledge and experience with students, helping them succeed in learning about the basics on how to do the SAT Math section. These tutoring sessions are completely free for everyone, allowing anyone around the world to receive help and are a great opportunity for students to grow!
Anshi M, SAT Bootcamp tutor from Illinois
I am so happy to help other students prepare for the SAT, a process that can be very stressful, and have really enjoyed being a peer tutor. I learned that through explaining math concepts, I was able to understand them more deeply myself, which is just one of the many benefits of peer tutoring. I have also developed connections with the Schoolhouse community and strengthened my communication and leadership skills. I am excited to serve as a tutor for the November SAT bootcamp this fall!
