The tutor was extremely well prepared for the session and could explain problems very clearly, and in a very intuitive manner. Moreover, the tutor not only explains individual problems but also provides general strategies for a specific problem type, such as at 1:00, the speaker explains how the find the vertex of a parabola purely graphically by identifying the parent function and looking at the transformation applied to achieve the parabola. The tutor specifically confirms that these rules remain the same across all parabolas and have therefore provided a general strategy for solving a particular type of problem. In terms of further improvements, the tutor could consider using digital tools such as demos instead of drawing to explain graphical functions, as transformations can be directly applied to functions in demos and may help the learner understand the problem more intuitively.

Vanshika gives super clear explanations with detailed steps, such as listing formulas and justifying their necessity. She also shows us the primary and alternate ways to solve a given problem! Overall, the tutor effectively engages learners and encourages participation by frequently asking the student questions and working through solutions to the problem together with the student. The tutor does a good job of demonstrating how to complete problems step-by-step, such as at 0:00:45 when explaining how to find the equation of a parabola from its graph. They also work through another problem with a learner from 0:10:08 to model the process. Moreover, the tutor also demonstrates the ability to transform mistakes from the learner into learning opportunities, such as around 0:06:00 when the tutor identified the error of the student was not dividing all parts of the equation by a certain quantity and explained this to the student, also reminding the student to be consistent in calculations. Overall, this part was very well done and I can not at the moment come up with points for improvement.
