Hello Elizabeth! I hope you’re having an amazing day. I’m Christine from the auditing team and I just audited your latest SAT math session. I think you did a great job enforcing active learning! I loved how you asked the learners individually about which items they wanna cover and asked the learners to solve the items themselves. You also asked them every once in a while if it’s clear with them. I also loved how you explained the process of solving the problem step-by-step. It was very comprehensive and your approach was very hands-on. One suggestion of mine would be to ask the learners to annotate on the screen (if it’s possible) so that you would be able to see their solution process. You could ask the learners if they have a different method of solving the questions. That way, it the learners would be exposed to different problem solving techniques as well. You were also really patient and respectful with your learners. It was really comforting when you told your learners to not feel bad if they didn’t get the item and that you shared that you struggled as well. Thank you for being such a kind and wonderful tutor.
