I think that they way that you go the extra mile and ask learners how they are as well as saying if they need help or words of encouragement is amazing and really helps learners feel welcome and like a part of the community and is a great example of the amazing community we have at schoolhouse. The music was nice, but most of all, I knew that Shradha genuinely cared about what I was working on. That's something I feel is somewhat rare—usually I feel it's done as a sort of formality, but with Shradha it felt casual and we even engaged in a small conversation about it. I felt a bit more eager to work on that after our talk!
