Contrary to the past where there was a lack of knowledge on nutrition , in present world we have been flooded with information on fitness , well-being & diet .Majority of this information surfaces from the internet where the opinion of a high school athlete is held equally to that of someone who has a bachelor's degree in deictics . It can be so easy to get lost in misinformation under such conditions, but that's not meant to be the case. Health & nutrition isn’t meant to be so complicated especially since we all require it for  survival 

Nutrition is a very large topic ,there's are the topics we're going to dive into in this session but there is so much more to come !
