About

If you: - can't focus on your homework and are constantly distracted - constantly procrastinate, leaving your most important assignments for the last day and spend nights studying for tests - are tired of useless TikTok advice from A+ students who are presidents of 10 clubs and spend 16 hours a day studying "aesthetically" - want to manage your time more efficiently - or just want to prepare for the fast pace of life in your senior year of high school or college this course is for you! We will NOT discuss: - how to study 12 hours a day and not get tired - what color your highlighters should be and how many diaries you should keep - the "secrets" and "hacks" that will increase your productivity by 345% Instead, we'll learn how to implement a simple and reliable system into our lives that will help you spend LESS time studying and still learn MORE. This system takes effort and time, but will save you dozens of hours in high school and college, and will help save your sleep and mental health. We will learn: - where procrastination comes from and how to fight it - how to plan your assignments so that you don't forget about anything and spend MINIMUM time on planning - practical tips that will help you fight distractions and focus on work - effective study and time management techniques - how to make this system a habit, not to burn out, stay motivated, and maintain your physical and emotional health throughout the year (and especially before exams) All you need is a cup of tea and one hour of attention per session! Taking notes is not required, but highly recommended.
