About

This Solving Equations course series is designed for middle to early high school students who are learning or reviewing the basics of algebra. Over the course of several sessions, students will build a strong foundation in solving linear equations with one variable. The series begins with understanding what equations are and progresses through solving one-step, two-step, and multi-step equations. Later sessions will introduce equations with variables on both sides and real-world word problems. Each session focuses on step-by-step strategies, reinforcing core concepts, and applying logical thinking to solve problems accurately.

Learners can expect to actively participate during each session through guided examples, hands-on practice, and interactive discussion. They'll solve problems in the chat, share their reasoning, and ask questions in a supportive environment. At the end of each session, we’ll review key concepts with a quick and fun Blooket game, making learning engaging and memorable
