About

Do you stay up all night before exams? Do you hate just the thought of homework? Do you do everything the last day (if not the hour) before the deadline? Do you reread your textbook five times and still can't get an A? Then this experimental series is for you! In five sessions, I'll tell you how to study less and learn more, without the (not-so-helpful) advice from TikTok and garbage app ads. I will NOT teach you: - how to be a PERFECT student - how to study 12 hours a day without getting tired - what color your markers should be and what flowers should be on your desk - what kind of smoothies to drink before school so that the magic vitamins will solve your math test for you I'll tell you how to maintain a balance between your academic and personal life so that you get less tired and spend more time doing what's important to you. I will tell you not about "tricks", but a complete system that you will follow to study LESS. I won't give you a magic pill that will solve all your problems, but a detailed manual based on real, science-tested facts and techniques. Students are expected to: - be in a good mood - drink tea and eat cookies (optional) - sometimes answer simple and fun questions (don't worry, no one will ask you to solve integrals) - camera and mic are not required, but please use reactions or chat, so that I know you didn't fall asleep

Tutor Qualifications

I've been studying for 12 years now, and I have a lot of experience in effective and ineffective learning techniques, having tried everything from "sleep memorization" (oh yes, seroiusly) to distributed practice. Now I'm finally a straight A student (it took me 11 years to get to this point), and I want to share my experience so that students all over the world won't make the same mistakes and have a happier life.

Moreover, I have been actively studying educational psychology and the science of learning for half a year now, going through dozens of studies and selecting what works from what has been hyped or for some reason has taken root in the school environment.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

You are free to skip whichever sessions you want, however, I recommend you to attend them all in order to understand the system.
