About

In this series we will go through some very interesting and VERY USEFUL -and less known-theorems and lemmas that can help you trivialize even the hardest International Math Olympiad problems. Also, we will solve challenging problem sets from national and international math olympiads so if you're up for a challenge and want to thrive in competitions this series is for you!

Hi y'all! I'm a high school student and I am really passionate about mathematics! Through the years as I was chasing after intellectual adventures outside of the scope of what is typically taught in a classroom and delving deeper into higher mathematics, I realised that there are endless roads to discover; and I can't wait to rediscover them with you!

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

I would recommend you don't lose many sessions since material builds up on each other however it's totaly understandable if you can't make it some times, so no worries there won't be any penalty! After each lecture I will share notes, problems to solutions etc. so you can study the material again at your own pace.

SESSION 1

AoPS Math

AoPS Math

Sun 3:00 PM - 3:40 PM UTCNov 28, 3:00 PM - 3:40 PM UTC

We will introduce some *hidden gems* in advanced mathematics, that is to say theorems and lemmas in number theory (Zsigmondy's theorem, lifting the exponent lemma etc), in algebra (Perron etc.), in geometry (South Pole theorem etc.) and in combinatorics (Lovasz lemma etc.). I will also give you online resources I have found through the years that have accompanied me in my math olympiad journey and I will share various analytical techniques on these topics throughout. It goes without saying that additional sessions will be added in the future as planning is an ongoing process.

Sat 3:00 PM - 3:40 PM UTCDec 4, 3:00 PM - 3:40 PM UTC

We will continue delving into advanced olympiad mathematics concepts (symmedians, Euler's totient function, Karamata inequality, to name a few) and see how they can help a lot when facing the rigors of math olympiads-even international ones! We will go through past competition problems in an effort to put to test our mathematical prowess and inventive faiclities!
