About

Want to earn verified volunteer hours while actually making a difference? In this series, you’ll join Joints Effort, a youth led health initiative that supports patients and raises awareness about bone health. From writing cards to hospitals to creating social media campaigns and outreach projects, you’ll learn how to get involved in real service and track your hours for school or NHS credit. Whether you're premed or just passionate about helping others, this is a meaningful and flexible way to give back.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Missing a session is okay as long as you tell me at least a day in advance. Since each session builds on the last and unlocks new ways to earn hours, regular attendance is important. If someone misses 3 sessions without notice, they may be removed so others can join.
