About

Hi, I'm Tiki, and I'm super pumped to get started on SAT Prep with you! I personally think taking the SAT is really fun, and I hope that you will feel more confident in your skills by the end of this bootcamp. I have tips and tricks that will carry you to success in your scores, so get ready to learn! This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Get ready to chat!

I'm a senior at a charter school in Colorado, and I'm here to help! I currently have certification to help in the SAT Bootcamps, as well as reading and writing! As a 5 scorer on the AP Lang exam, I'm ready to teach success in that area as well! I've got an infectiously positive attitude, and am always excited about something. My hobbies include establishing a SweNext club in my area, being social media manager for my rocketry team, and reading READING READING!!!!!!!!! I read a lot. Like so much. To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

We'll spend time reviewing all of the previous Focus Skills we covered together. To end the session (and the bootcamp!), we'll wrap up everything and provide some final words of advice/encouragement.
