Learner Attendance Policy:

Regular Attendance: Learners are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Consistent attendance is crucial for staying on track and understanding the material.

Punctuality: Arriving on time is important to ensure that all learners benefit from the full session. If you are going to be late, please inform the tutor in advance.

Active Participation: Learners should engage actively during sessions, asking questions and participating in discussions or hands-on activities. This helps foster a better learning environment for everyone.

Make-Up Work: If a learner misses a session, they are responsible for catching up on missed material. The tutor may provide resources, but learners should make the effort to review the content independently.

Withdrawals: If a learner misses more than two consecutive sessions without prior communication or does not actively engage, they may be withdrawn from the series to ensure others have the opportunity to learn in a focused environment.
