*This time is preliminary - we can change it to what works best for everyone* We'll start with Sukshmavyama which are loosening practices for our joints to get ready for Asanas (postures and kind of level 2 after Sukshmavyama), and do Pranayam (breathing excercises) for the first few days along with a few Asanas. Then we'll move on to Surya Namaskar (a higher practice) and learn to do more Asanas to improve flexibility and our health as well as do more Pranayam excersies while continuing Sukshmavyama. During the last days we'll start Dhyana (meditation) as we'll have built up some stability and focus to be able to do so well. After this series you'll have an understanding of what Asanas and Mudras (hand positions) we do during Pranayama and why, and be able to do some Yoga independently.

We'll start with introducing ourselves, looking at the different definitions of Yoga according to the Yogic Texts, and starting Sukshmavyama.
Note - It would be best if everyone could turn on their cameras so I could correct any mistakes but no stringent rule on that.
