This College Admissions Workshop on The Essay is a virtual 4-week workshop designed to  provide you with structure and support to write your college essays this summer. 
﻿
In this workshop, you will:
Learn the purpose and the must-dos of the personal statement 
Learn and practice strategies for picking a prompt, brainstorming, drafting, and revising your writing
Understand the role of supplemental questions and strategies for organizing your questions and responses
Work alongside other students who are also preparing to apply to college.

Hello! My name is Arsh. Im from Arizona, and I am a tutor outside of Schoolhouse. So, I do have experience with students who either want to learn more for their own sake, or students who struggle on specific topics. I hope that we work together, and I wish you all luck.

Please do not miss more than one session over the four weeks, as that will negatively affect your learning and may also take up a spot from another learner who could have attended every session. If you reach two unexcused absences, your tutor may remove you from this series.
