About

Unlike my typical SAT series, this series will focus more on general techniques for achieving success in any domain. First, we will walk through growth mindset, popularized by Carol Dweck, where we shift our thinking from “I can’t ever do X” to “I can always learn to do X”. Next, we will learn Stephen Covey’s popular “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. Lastly, we will cover the concept of “deliberate practice”, where we discover how to learn with intentionality rather than going through the motions.
