### Series Details

We will start with basic limits and will move on to differentiation and applications. The goal is to have a greater understanding of the concepts when going into the class.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

This will be a cumulative series, so try not to miss any meetings. I have no strict attendance policy, but please try and make it.

Session 1

#### Orientation

We will go over the goal of the session and get to know the people in the session. I will try and get feedback to change anything if necessary

Session 2

#### Limits and continuity

I plan on going over limits how they relate to other parts of calculus. I will start by asking for any questions then go over some basic problems and concepts.

Session 3

#### Differentiation: definition and basic derivative rules

I plan to cover power, product, and quotient rule. I will not be getting into any applications of derivatives, but will link limits and derivatives

#### Differentiation: composite, implicit, and inverse functions

This will go over other methods of differentiation, like implicit, and I will introduce the chain rule. Any questions will be answered and we will have discussions to explain

#### Applying derivatives to analyze functions

This will go over how derivatives relate to graphs and we will go over what it means with using calculus to identify extrema

Session 6

#### Parametric equations, polar coordinates, and vector-valued functions

This will be the final lesson and will go over derivatives in polar, vector, and parametric. We will answer questions and go over problems

This will be the place for me to answer any questions about any topics that we covered and conclude the series
