About

This series will involve integration techniques that are necessary for AP Calculus BC and beyond. The major topics this series will go over include:

  • Integration by Long Division
  • U-Substitution
  • Integration by Completing the Square
  • Partial Fractions Decomposition
  • Integration by Parts (Specifically using the tabular method)
  • [BEYOND BC] Trigonometric Substitution
  • [BEYOND BC] Integration using Trig Identities

Due to the fact that many of these build up on ideas in calculus and before, a previous knowledge in differentiation, basic integration, polynomial long and synthetic division, and trigonometry is expected.

The course will follow a more I do - We do - You do format (I do the first few problems, then we work on the next few, then you work on the next few on your own), all which maintaining an engaging environment. Participation is highly encouraged!

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged. This is because many of the topics will build up on each other. If you cannot attend a session, kindly let me know :)
