🧚‍♀️Looking for ways to unwind from fast-paced, high-stress school life? Explore how poets of the Romantic Era discovered joy in the small moments, slowing down to appreciate nature and our relationship with it! In this session we will learn what Romantic poetry is, read a few examples from Wordsworth and Blake, then write our own nature-based poems! 🎤Please come with a working microphone and something to write (or type) with. 📚Sharing your work is optional, but I highly encourage everyone to participate (answering questions or reading out the examples) during the session!!!

This comprehensive ELA course builds a strong foundation in the English Language. Running from December 31 – April 16, it covers all four domains—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—ensuring students develop well-rounded communication skills. In addition, a literature component introduces both classical and contemporary works, helping students appreciate diverse texts and ideas. Join me to learn, grow, and have fun while mastering the English Language!

We will go over how to succeed on the AP Language and Composition's 2nd essay, the Rhetorical Analysis, as well as some tricks for other parts of the AP Lang exam. You will need to be able to access Google Docs, and you should have at least a B1 level of English.
