About

Making this session at the request of Shreya. We'll be going over these specific problems: 1. Sliding down a plane m (a) A block slides down a frictionless plane from the point (0.y) to the point 0,0), where M1 is given. For what value of y does the journey take the shortest time? What is this time? (b) Answer the same questions in the case where there is a coefficient of kinetic friction, o, between the block and the plane. 2. Exponential force A particle of mass m is subject M a force F(t) = me^-bt. The initial position and speed are 0. Find x(t). Anyone is welcome to join that's interested in helping solve these problems! If you want to bring other problems you can, but we'll be focusing on these first.
