I'm currently a rising senior in high school. I'm so excited to officially join the schoolhouse community as a tutor and I'm ready to grow with other tutors. I like to believe I excel in Maths and History but I also enjoy reading, writing, cooking, and learning new languages!

I liked how you use word of encouragement such as "And I just want you to like, be aware of that right like, that's a really good." These words are definitely really appreciated by the learner! I liked how you walked through the questions that the learner wanted you to. While you did this, you also made sure to ask the learner how they got their answer. This action is crucial as it allows the learner to explain their original thought process and remember the correct concepts. You did not make the learner feel bad but simply said "the reason why it wouldn't be that . . ." You also ensured the learner that they were on the right track! This action is great as it keeps the learner hopeful and confident.
