I marked the first section as not applicable since this was a silent study session where no material was taught.
In terms of creating a comfortable learning environment, like I mentioned before, I really liked the ambience you created for the session; it was very relaxing and perfect to get work done to! I also appreciated how you used the chat to interact with the learners and also referred to them using their names.
