It could be helpful to give learners more chances to ask questions or ask for help if they get confused. You had some chances, but they were mostly limited to asking something like "does that make sense?" but that can actually imply that it should make sense and that can make it harder for some learners to ask for the help and clarification that they need. Instead you could ask something like "what questions do you have about this?" I know it can be difficult to adjust with large sessions like this, so it's really important to make it as easy as possible for learners to ask for help.

Extremely helpful. He answered every question flawlessly and was patient with every student. This tutor should have many more sessions!! I think it'd be better than one 2 hour session because we wouldn't be on a time constraint. Overall, Shirsho is an excellent tutor! Make sure to always greet learners by name when they join the session! (you got beginner on the rubric for creating a comfortable environment because the rubric requires referring to learners by name for a higher score) It could've also been helpful if you ran some introductions so that both of you could get to know each other better. Overall, you were incredibly kind, friendly, and respectful throughout the session, which is awesome!
