Each session, we will learn important grammar in Spanish! These sessions are ultimately very flexible and I will do my best to accommodate the needs of the learners that attend.

Every 2 weeks, I'll cover something simple in French for new people! This will be new vocabulary, new verbs, and simple conjugations, and phrases that will help develop a foundation for your French!

This is for Lucas S. I will host a session for him every Friday. Other people are welcome, though Lucas will be my main focus and my priority, since this series was made for him.

Each session, we will have conversations in French! This conversation practice will allow you to improve your speaking and listening comprehension skills, making you more comfortable with the French language overall. If there is anything specific you would like to review as well, such as preparation for the AP French Exam or grammar rules, just let us know! :)

Each week, we'll cover how to multiply and factor quadratics and learn some strategies and some special cases! I will also share my personal tips and tricks to help make factoring quicker and easier.

Each session, we'll go through a specific topic of each unit in Algebra 1 in Khan Academy. Here is what we are going to learn in each session. Note that their will be more sessions that will be added throughout the series. Session 2 - Unit 1: Algebra foundations - Evaluating expressions. (Quiz 1 on KA). Session 3 - Unit 1: Algebra foundations - Combining like terms/Equivalent Expressions. (Quiz 2 on KA). Session 4 - Test on Unit 1: Algebra foundations Session 5 - Unit 2: Solving Equations and Inequalities - Equations with variables/parenthesis. (Quiz 1 on KA). Session 6- Unit 2: Solving Equations and Inequalities - Intercepts from Graphs, Tables, and Equations/Horizontal and Vertical Lines. (Quiz 2 on KA). This course is designed for learners with a strong foundation in prealgebra who are seeking a more in-depth, comprehensive, and challenging alternative to a standard Algebra 1 curriculum. Using the chapters outlined in the Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) Introduction to Algebra book, this series will cover key concepts in algebra with a focus on advanced problem-solving techniques and critical thinking. Course Details: Start Date: August 20th, 2024 End Date: TBD Schedule: Two 60-minute sessions each week on Saturdays and Sundays. Content: We'll explore essential algebraic topics, diving deeper than typical Algebra 1 courses, and tackling problems that develop a strong mathematical foundation and problem solving skills.
