For Isha B but others are welcome to join! We will cover Unit 2 in the upcoming AP Precalculus curriculum, which deals with logarithmic and exponential functions! I will most likely put together questions based on the AP's list of topics in Unit 2 by myself and I will have a guided sequence of topics to go through in order, but otherwise, this series is completely steered by the learners' demands!

We will cover every topic normally covered in AP Calculus BC, and some more topics if there is enough demand. The catch? I don't plan to do this bound to any standardized curriculum. This can be as intensive or as light as learners want; I plan to try teaching this way to a small group of people, and then try this on a broader scale. There will be no lesson plan for most sessions; I will try to be as flexible as possible and questions, while they will be prepared before the class, will be fit according to whichever topic I happen to be talking about, written by me for the class (though questions from other sources can inspire my questions). Seeing as this will be in a summer, the series will be a little fast-paced; for this reason, I recommend having a very good base in math topics covered before calculus, such as geometry and algebra, before joining this series as a learner. Despite the lack of a concrete base curriculum, I will have a set order in which I plan to teach things, that is to say there will be an always flexible syllabus keeping track of our progress. Held every Tuesday+Thursday, starting July 5th! I am 100% certified in Calculus and I took AP Calculus BC in 2021-2022, receiving a 5 on the exam. I will do my best to create the best first impression of calculus I can, though experienced learners are also welcome to come and review! In this series, I expect to go over the entire curriculum of AP Calculus BC (but AB students are still welcome to join!), starting all the way from limits going all the way to infinite series! This series is meant to help people with a pre-existing understanding of pre-calculus, but I may review some of the topics in pre-calculus for the first session after orientation (don't worry: you won't need everything from pre-calc!). This is a course that will go over all the basic must-knows to be proficient in problem-solving (competitive math), starting from square 1! Optional Prerequisites - Geometry, Algebra, and Right Triangle Trigonometry. Anyone can join even if they don't know the prerequisites - though their understanding of the super rigorous proofs will be slightly impaired. Goal is to prepare learners for AMC 10 - level math: particularly to get qualifying scores for AIME.
