In this series, we’ll explore the origins and causes of the continuation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, starting in the late 19th century and continuing to the present day. We’ll also talk about the role of key places like Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza, and how they fit into the broader picture. Although this is primarily meant to be a space for learning, there will also be group discussions. My hope is that we can all come in with openness: to hear one another fully, ask thoughtful questions, and build mutual understanding, even where we might disagree. Structure: Each session will start with a talk to give some historical background, followed by group discussion. No prior knowledge is expected- just curiosity and a willingness to engage.
