You have a vast understanding over the AP Precalculus course. One thing that worked well was by introducing the exam structure, materials needed, and the overview, which is an excellent way to start any AP session, since its important to see what is on the exam at the end. You also did an excellent job explaining the concept of functions to Diego. The input analogy through multiplication is a great way to explain how a function worked. Also, the usage of graphs to draw out decreasing/increasing functions worked well since you helped Diego visualize what those meant. Overall, you also engaged Diego in participating in teaching the content, which you discussed the conceptual ideas well.

Yudhish, you are clearly well-versed in SAT mathematics and English. For the first question about finding the minimum of a quadratic function, I like that you drew out a positive quadratic function's parabola and a negative quadratic function's parabola to show the difference. Your knowledge of this subject is clearly advanced, and it especially shows when the learner asks about a different way to solve a problem that she/you already solved (~13:00). Across this session, you cover multiple different types of problems, and you effectively solve each of them (some even in multiple ways, like I mentioned above!). In terms of the way that you convey your understanding, drawing on the screen is always a good option. It definitely helps the learner to see your thought process written out. It's also an added bonus that you used multiple colors to clearly distinguish different parts of the problem or to annotate parts of paragraphs. You did a great job in this session!

Since this is a series and it's a crash course, it's clear that you made this session to those learning AP Precalculus. You did a good job allowing Diego to not only answer guiding questions during your lessons, but also to take the lead in problem solving. You functioned as support, allowing him to test his conceptual understanding, which is also a great way to see the progress he made as the session progresses on. You also helped build from scratch, the first few key concepts of the AP Precalculus course well, and summed up all the concepts during the session with a final problem. You even discussed next steps, which shows how Diego is progressing on, which is good and recapped what you did during the session.

Yes. As Yudhish did his great job in explaining, one of the learners began to seem more confident in the material compared to the beginning of the session. The learner was consistently engaging with Yudhish in his questions and she was trying to answer them and Yudhish kept on helping and teaching her to the point she became so confident and began answering mostly by herself.

Thank you so much for helping me with my geometry homework problems! I appreciate how patient you were with me despite all the technical difficulties on my end and how even after my internet crashed several times (which was very embarssing) however you remained unfazed and patient. You continued to keep on teaching as if it never happened. The visual diagrams provided were great for understanding while keeping everything very neat. I also very much appreciate how instead of directly instructing me on how to answer problems you gave me time to think and answer things on my own which was a major help!
