You all had really great conversations at the beginning, and I like how you made sure to ask everyone questions and treat them the same whether you knew them outside of Schoolhouse or not. You're incredibly friendly and it was clear everyone felt comfortable talking and sharing; one thing I especially liked was the way you always added "if you want" to questions that may have been personal like when asking about Parker's courses and seeing if Dominic was comfortable sharing how you knew each other.

This was a lovely example of how to accomplish a comfortable, open environment! I loved the way that you opened with encouragement and free conversation, and then kept that atmosphere throughout the session. Making sure that all of your learners felt involved in each problem was also key, and you did a wonderful job. I will be learning from the example you set!
