Euthanasia & Assisted Dying Dialogue

    Starts

Welcome to [Dialogues](https://schoolhouse.world/dialogues)! In this session, we will be discussing Euthanasia & Assisted Dying and using this [[discussion guide](https://schoolhouse.world/redirect?code=_4gs6ahr9kMvVrUodKO0O)]. Here’s some helpful information to help you prepare for your session: 📌 Session introduction: At the start of the session, the event host will provide some introductory remarks about how the session will work and tips for discussion. 🧩 Discussion partner matching: All participants will be matched with a conversation partner to discuss with. If there are uneven numbers, you may have two conversation partners. 🤝 Breakout discussions: After the session introduction, everyone will switch to their breakout discussion. Your discussion will be unmoderated, so you can start when your partner arrives in the new Zoom link. 🗺️ Discussion Guide: You will have a topic-specific discussion guide for the session to help guide conversation. ⏰ Session length: The breakout discussions are scheduled for 45 minutes but you can discuss as long as you want! ✅ Stay on topic: Please make sure to stay on topic. If you and your partner run out of things to discuss, it’s okay to end the discussion early. You will not be returning to the main group when your conversation is over. 🤔 Make the discussion your own: You probably won’t have time to answer all the guide questions so pick and choose! Feel free to also bring in your own questions and ideas outside of the guide. 📝 Survey: A mandatory survey will appear at the end of your session to fill out. This must be filled out for you to get credit for the session in your Dialogues portfolio. 🤸‍♂️ Have fun: There is no preparation needed for this event. These conversations are meant to be casual, in addition to being meaningful. We hope you enjoy it!

Do the Thing (Eventually): A Survival Guide for Serial Procrastinators

    Ended Sat, Aug 30, 2025

Do you constantly delay tasks until you're in a full-on panic spiral? Ever watched just one more video... and then suddenly it's 5AM and you're questioning your life choices? Got a brain full of goals but no clue where to start? If your to-do list haunts you more than your dreams, don’t worry — you’re in the right place. Welcome to the series where we tackle procrastination, build tiny habits that actually stick, and turn chaotic energy into somewhat organized productivity. No shame. No pressure. Just real tips, silly challenges, and friendly vibes. This series is all about helping you go from “I’ll do it later” to “I did the thing.” This isn’t a boring lecture series. You’ll be: 🗣️ Sharing ideas in fun, low-pressure discussions. 😅 Answering silly icebreaker questions & reflecting on your habits. ✅ Taking on once a weekly To-Do List Challenge. 🎡 Spinning a (friendly!) Penalty Wheel if you don’t follow through. ✍️ Trying out new tools and tips together. 🎉 Celebrating progress in a final reflection & community showcase. What I Expect From You: (No pressure...just a little.) 1. Try your best to attend sessions and actually be here (mind and body… or at least mind). 2. Be Open Minded. We'll test out productivity tips, habit tricks, and a few silly challenges. No one’s perfect — just be open to experimenting. 3. Join The Conversation: You won’t be forced to talk, but sharing your thoughts, memes, and stories makes it more fun (and real). 4. Try the Weekly To-Do Challenge! Set your own small, realistic tasks after each session — and follow through. (Or face our hilarious “penalty wheel.”) 💫
